There’s a change in the air, says I! Well, a slight change. Instead of 95, it’s only 89 degrees!
I didn’t want to go full blown Fall so there’s just a hint of it here!
I used my Pottery Barn Inspired candle holders along with some pears and pinecones!
I love the way the color of the pear pulls the warm yellow gold tones from the runner.
The finish of the candle sticks adds a little more rustic flair to the table!
The table setting started with a rattan charger (Wal-Mart), cream dinner plate (BHG) and green salad plate (JCP).
Very light tan napkins (Target via Dirt Cheap) pull more of the cream from the runner while the dark wood napkin ring coordinates with the finish of the table. The flatware is Reed & Barton via Goodwill and the steak knife is Laguiole from Marshalls. I picked them up for a steal! They are the absolute best steak knives that I have ever used! They were definitely be worth paying full price!
I’m sure everyone recognizes the green wine goblets from the Dollar Tree!
I just purchased the faux pears at a yard sale last week. There was a whole bag for 50 cents! Does anyone else buy faux fruit and vegetables? I have a big fruit basket full of them and just can’t pass them up at sales!
Thanks for stopping by!

Love your fall accents! I love those green goblets from Dollar Tree...I have 'em, too! All of your color choice are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh! I love your fall table, and was really happy to know you got the rattan chargers at Walmart! I must go and see if they still have them. They look wonderful and rustic on your table.
ReplyDeleteHey, Tammy! I like faux fruits and veggies, too, for decorating. It's not always prudent to use fresh, so nicely crafted fauxs fill the bill. You got one heck of a bargain at just 50 cents for a whole bag of really nice, realistic ones!!! I'm with you in not wanting to go full-blown fall just yet. It's tough since I don't feel like we really had much of a summer at all. Your white rooster says both fall and summer. I'm a forever fan of the green goblets! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Tammy, your table is full of lovely country charm. I love the fruit as an accent and the colors are a good change for the coming season. I too love your rooster as the perfect addition to your lovely tablescape.

Pretty soft table! I want some bone handled flatware!!! I'll keep looking!
ReplyDeletePretty Fall colors in the table runner! I like the layers in of the plates with the texture of the chargers. The rooster is very whimsical with the faux pears.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pam
love your fall touches. I'm doing the same thing in my home-just bits here and there (although my daughters are anxious to get the Halloween loot out already!)
ReplyDeleteJust the right amount of an Autumn feeling to this table. it is very pretty!
