It’s not exactly a tablescape…..how about a counterscape! This past weekend, I found the big jar at a yard sale but it was a little too small for flour so I decided to set up a little coffee station!
It’s the perfect size for our Community Dark Roast coffee! I pulled out a silver-plated tray that was from the second hand store to put everything on.
For now I’m using the sugar bowl that goes to my tea set but I know Hunter has one somewhere I can use! The little jar is the perfect place for the sweetener!
I love my little cow creamer!
So this is my tip of the week, it can be functional and decorative at the same time! I know a lot of us already do this in places like the laundry room or pantry but even those smaller areas like coffee stations can be pretty to look at!
Thanks for stopping by!

I love, love, love this idea. I was using a plain old tray for putting a coffee stand out at parties. I have having a luncheon in September and am going flea market shopping for a silver tray. I've never owned one because I never wanted to polish it.

ReplyDeleteI just love this idea -- wish I had the counter space to do it! I did make a little 'coffee station' in my guest room though. I love the fact that you used these pretty, elegant items for YOURSELF -- instead of 'saving' them for guests!

ReplyDeleteI love your coffee bar! I have a little area I devote to my coffee. It changes with my moods but it's fun to display coffee. Love your little cow creamer. I had one like it and dropped it. Made me sick. I'm always on the look out for another to replace it with.
