I just love this picture from Country Living! It’s not necessarily the tree but all the numerous layers on the table and the area surrounding it! This year I plan on putting on tabletop tree in the living room on the sofa table. The full size tree will go in the sunroom. I always struggle with decorating that table so this year will be a breeze, especially with such awesome inspiration!
I love the idea of using something as unique as an olive bucket to hold the tree!
Or even just a plain old galvanized bucket and if you don’t have a small table, use a stool!

Glam it up some with a beautiful silver punch bowl! This would look great in my dining room!
If you don’t have a container, cover the base with some faux snow! The vintage iron fence adds a beautiful touch to this tree!
White and silver is such a classical and timeless combination!
Even something as simple as a cake plate can make quite an impact!

ReplyDeleteI love a table top tree and always have one in my livingroom that I put in a chippy tin planter...my larger tree is usually in the basement family room.

I love the one in the silver punchbowl. Wow, so elegant! I like the use of the olive bucket but feel that the tree should sit lower and the ornaments are a little too country to me. To each their own...HA! Great post!

These are gorgeous Tammy! I have 4 faux ones right now in my decor but nothing like these! I just put lights in mine perhaps because they were too small, have to do this someday!
